Event Description
A group of area volunteers has established a farmers market in Indianola for the summer of 2013 called Market at the Square. The mission of Market at the Square is to serve as a community gathering place where residents and visitors have convenient access to high quality agriculture and art. With a strong focus on sustainability, Market at the Square intends to provide farm fresh, locally grown produce while increasing business opportunities and residential benefits to the city of Indianola, Iowa.
Market at the Square, located on the Indianola town square, will be held on Saturday mornings from 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. The market will run for 13 weeks, June 8th and run through August 31st.
