Event Description
In partnership with The Carlson Group LLC, Your Clear Next Step is offering the exciting Lead Well Series, beginning Sept. 13, designed to improve your role as a leader. Classes are held in the heart of Indianola at The Studio, located just south of the Indianola Square.
Facilitated by Gary Walljasper, who has more than 20 years of leadership consulting expertise, this class will help leaders and managers gain confidence in their role, through increased self-awareness, understanding of their strengths and skills, learning how to build better relationships with staff and employees as well as taking on the ever-important role of setting expectations, and developing and growing employees beyond just the typical employee who simply accomplishes minor daily tasks.
This five-part series, which is held every two weeks from Sept. 13 through Nov. 15, is a great way to grow your company's leadership. If the entire series is not for you, the first two sessions are available as a separate package.
