Barre Social and West Hill Brewing Co. are teaming up again for the summer! Join us for a sizzling summer class and enjoy the biergarten with your barre besties afterwards! Barre Sculpt is a full body workout that combines Pilates, yoga, cardio, and strength training which is sure to have you toning and shaking. We focus on high reps, low resistance with small isometric movements to make this workout so effective. This is NOT your average barre class…we will turn up the energy with upbeat, FUN music that will make you feel like you’re at a PARTY! No ballerina experience required. All ages and stages welcome..
$20 due to West Hill the morning of class will take care of class and include one pint of beer, hard cider or a non-alcoholic beverage.
