Session conducted by certified level 2 coach through USA Cricket and America Cricket Foundation. Coaches are COVID certified through Australian Sport organization.
 

Pre-requisites -

Registration required through 262-394-6867 (text)
Full protective cricket gear. No sharing equipment. Indoor masks required AT ALL TIMES.
Completion of YCW waiver, COVID waiver, Facility waiver

Session (45 min+15 min transition) - Advanced students using leather ball.

Agenda each session:

- fitness - cardio, flexibility, strength drills
- batting - skills improvement through video analysis, stance sensor, ball judegement.
- bowling - Advanced bowling... increase challenge as skill improves
- wicket keeping - skills
 

Some drills will overlap skills. Session order may be changed based on weather and field conditions.
 

Gear is needed each session. Including a personal inner gloves, shoes and bat. Water bottle is mandatory. Shoes required. Bug spray and sunscreen recommended. Hard ball requires PERSONAL (no sharing) safety gear: Helmet (with grill), gloves, pads, thigh guard, abdo guard.
 

Items will be available for purchase if kids forget.

The following guidelines were put into effect for the safety of the participants, families, staff and facilities. The guidelines are enforced and require the compliance for all individuals as part of their engagement with Youth Cricket Wisconsin activities.
- Maintain social distancing of 6ft when conducting activity.
- If sick or contact with someone sick, please do not attend. Please inform staff immediately.
- No sharing ANY equipment.
- Wear gloves when handling ball or equipment. Wash gloves at home.
- Hand Sanitizer available for use
- Disinfecting wipes to wipe down equipment if needed.
- Limited group size
- Parents wait in car (no crowding)
- No spitting or any bodily fluids on any equipment(including ball).
- Water/drinks food are not to be shared. Limit use of public facilities.
- Masks required indoor at ALL times.
