Private lessons are a perfect setting if you are new to yoga or want to focus on and further develop certain areas of your practice. My methodology is a hybrid approach between Integrative Yoga and SomaYoga, but sessions are completely catered to you and your goals. We focus on small movement and breath awareness to create a feeling of balance between mobility and stability. Private sessions provide tools for a growing practice at home or in the community, as well as bring yogic applications to everyday life.
Prior to our session, you’ll complete an intake form for me to fully understand your goals and health history.
