Join us for The Central Iowa Yoga Retreat on April 5th, 2025!

We’re deep into planning the retreat for 2025. We’ll be at Raccoon River Nature Lodge again, but there will be changes, as always.

Please let us know if you have ideas, or if you’d like to teach a session. It’ll be a day of movement, community, and celebration of the Des Moines yoga community!
