Event Description
Are you looking to try yoga, find balance, or feel more at ease? This Slow Yoga class is designed to explore ourselves from the inside-out through SomaYoga to safely build classic yoga postures and find ways to move more freely through everyday activities. Calming breath work techniques will be integrated throughout. Chairs and other supportive props will be provided and are always optional.
Pre-registration is required at beginagainyoga.com or via Venmo (@BethanyGrabe) with class and date in payment description. Limited spots available.
Self-Investment: $10 members, $15 non-members
