With a focus on aligning your attraction, selection, and onboarding processes, this workshop will add to your hiring toolbox and strengthen your results. This interactive workshop series includes three 1-hour sessions that blend strategy and practical tools you can implement right away.

Attracting the right candidates is a team effort. Learn how to collaborate between HR, supervisors, and departments to define success before you recruit, create postings that reflect your culture and values, and select the right outreach channels.

Selection
Creating Structure for Success
Feel confident in supporting your individual impressions with evidence-based decisions. Explore how to design structured interviews and rating rubrics, be aware of legal and equitable selection practices, and develop consistent documentation to support a collaborative decision-making process.

Onboarding
Building Connection that Lasts
From new hire to committed team member, the onboarding process is crucial. Discuss supervisor and mentor roles and how to create 30-60-90 day plans that engage beyond orientation for long-term connection, clarity, and success.
