You’re shaping your reputation every day. Will you be known for bold ideas, decisive action, and impressive results? Or will you stand out for something even more powerful: the way you care for people? What if the secret to building influence and trust isn’t just about strategy and execution, but about how you show compassion – even when it’s hard? What if “people work” isn’t a distraction from your goals, but the key to achieving them?

This one-hour session offers practical, tactical ways you can recognize those situations in which compassion is the next right step.  Reflect on why it’s so important to demonstrate caring and compassion; hear real-world stories, reflect on your influence style, and walk away with tools you can use immediately, even on the days you don’t feel like it.

If you’re ready to rise above the noise and gain the kind of influence others follow, by showing genuine, caring compassion as a first response, sign up here!
