The Warren County Business Breakfast at The National Balloon Classic is Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022 from 7-8:30am and will be held in the National Balloon Classic Sponsor Building. We always look forward to this event because it is one of few opportunities to bring together business, organization, and community representatives from across Warren County to hear and share updates. State Economic Development Director, Debi Durham is the special guest to share state-wide Economic Development updates. The event is FREE to attend but reservations are required and space is limited. TruBank, a Central Iowa community bank, announced its commitment to the 2022 TruBank Des Moines Challenge event presented by Discraft and will be the premier sponsor.
The Disc Golf Pro tour (DGPT) tournament will occur from Aug. 19-21 at Pickard Park in Indianola. Tickets are expected to go on sale in April along with some additional exciting news and events to be revealed leading up to the main event.

The Putt Putt and Pints event offers participants a unique golfing experience at local establishments and will help raise funds to support local charities to benefit children and families in need within the community. 
Teams of four will be awarded 1st and 2nd place prizes for their overall scores. Prizes for the “Best Dressed” team are also up for grabs.
Team registration is $100. Registration ends August 1, 2022, or until the tournament is full! Participants must be 21 years or older to participate in this event.
Designated drivers will be available through Lyft and sponsored by Ellis Law Firm, after a fun day of putt-putt golf and a few pints. Leave your kids at home and enjoy a fun afternoon with friends!

The 11th annual Indianola Classic Car and Truck Show and Shine will be on August 27 and September 24 from 4-7 p.m in the TruBank parking lot, 1901 West 2nd Avenue, Indianola, Iowa.
