It's time for the Ackworth Garden Club Plant Auction.  This is our annual fundraiser.  We use our proceeds to fund various projects in the community.   This includes Youth Container Gardening Class and Contest ribbons/premiums, Warren County Fair Junior Flower & Horticulture entry ribbons/premiums, and Log Cabin Days Youth Big Pumpkin/Giant Sunflower contest ribbons/premiums.  We maintain several gardens in the community;  Warren County Fairgrounds flower beds, Indianola Dog Park, Norwalk Brownie Park butterfly garden, Carlisle Historical Randleman House garden, Pink Garden in Milo, and Ackworth Church Grounds.  We also sponsor a $500 scholarship for a local Warren County Horticulture student attending Iowa State University. We appreciate your support!
