We’re making a big push over the next three months to reopen the National Balloon Museum in time for The Classic on July 31—and we could use your help!
We have four weekday volunteer days and two weekend volunteer days each month through June, with plenty of hands-on projects to tackle. Tasks may include hanging prints, setting up exhibits and displays, moving artifacts into place, unloading a storage pod, carrying items to basement storage, and more. A schedule of tasks will be shared in advance so you know what to expect.
If you’re willing to lend a hand, please review the available dates and sign up using the button below. Every bit of help gets us closer to reopening our doors!
Thank you for supporting the museum and helping bring it back to life!

Our ability as leaders and influencers to anticipate, navigate, and communicate our needs through change can impactI the people around us and the work we’re doing.  And frankly, most of us would rather do none of those things!  Which is why change can be one of the most disruptive forces at work today!  But equipped with just a handful of practical tools, we can build our change muscles so that change feels less disruptive when it happens.

We don’t have time to do things twice. We also don’t have time to repeat ourselves. So how do we get our messages through the first time?

  • When we’re concerned about the level of risk on a project, how do we get that through to the people who need to be prepared for delays or cost overruns?
  • When we need additional resources to resolve the issue at hand, how do we get the attention of those who have moved on to other priorities in the business
  • When the decisions that need to be made have lasting impacts on the health of the organization as a whole, not just the stakeholder who screams the loudest, how do we make sure all of the right people are involved and paying attention?
  • When we need input from everyone, not just the highest paid person’s opinion, how do we engage all and only the right people?

Influencing up has never been more challenging than it is right now, because there are so many competing demands for our attention!

Right now, you’ve already moved on to something else in your head. But come back…Because there’s real pain here, and a need for real solutions. And we can talk through some real solutions. Influencing up is an art and a bit of science. There are tools and techniques that help us. There are some charts and boxes and some proven processes we can follow.

This quick-hit, action packed webinar will give you a set of

  • Critical success factors for influencing up in any organization, of any size or scale or industry.
  • Three techniques to help you focus your own skill growth where you need it most.
  • Practical, easy to apply tips to help you improve your stakeholder interactions to influence up, starting now.
