The time is now to grow your knowledge, comfort and use of AI in the workplace. Get ahead, stay ahead and lead with confidence using AI to support your goals. The workshop includes two sections:

AI DEMYSTIFIED: Understanding the Tools and Terminology
Gain a clear foundation of what AI is, what it isn’t, and how it applies in business. This session will explore terminology, capabilities, examples across business departments, and the risks and responsibilities.

AI IN ACTION: Hands-On with GPT
Apply the concepts from the first session as you design and build a simple “business GPT,” such as a market-summary tool, HR assistant or customer FAQ bot. You will engage with OpenAI tools, learn prompt engineering basics, and walk away with a working prototype and the confidence to create more.

No prior coding background is necessary for either of the sessions.

Feel confident in supporting your individual impressions with evidence-based decisions. Explore how to design structured interviews and rating rubrics, be aware of legal and equitable selection practices, and develop consistent documentation to support a collaborative decision-making process.

Onboarding

From new hire to committed team member, the onboarding process is crucial. Discuss supervisor and mentor roles and how to create 30-60-90 day plans that engage beyond orientation for long-term connection, clarity, and success.
