A lot can happen in a day. A lot more can happen in 30 days!

Now is not the time to panic, which will only get in the way of what you need to be doing. While it’s completely understandable to be worried, your best bet is to channel that anxious energy and get prepared NOW. It is important during these early stages of the pandemic to be prepared, not panicked. Turn panic into a plan!

You’ll Walk Away With:

• Knowing the 11 steps your business needs to prepare for the Coronavirus economic panic

• Energy, focus & vision for your business

• Powerful confidence, leadership & decision-making skills to take you and your business further than you ever thought possible

In reality, failure to plan is a plan to fail and for many business owners who are caught up in the day to day of their business. Finding time to plan for your business can seem impossible and finding the time to reflect on what is working and what is not can be extremely difficult. One day to plan for success is a small price to pay for what you can get

Blue Out Day -- Protecting Children is Everyone's Business

The Child Abuse Prevention Council is encouraging people in Warren County to take action to create the great childhoods all children deserve because our children are our future.  Child Abuse Prevention Month celebrates the small actions each of us can take that make a big impact on the well-being of our children.  Healthy development in childhood establishes the foundation for future health, learning and overall well-being into adulthood.   A community built on caring relationships strengthens families from the start and gives parents with a history of trauma an opportunity to heal.

Show your support for child abuse prevention by wearing blue on Blue Out Day which will be held on Friday, April 3.   To learn more about ongoing child abuse prevention programs and activities visit us at https://capwarrenco.com or contact val.warrencountycapc@gmail.com or 515-971-2977.

Your Clear Next Step's Lead the Way Coaching Program - Virtual Group Session

About Lead The Way

Lead The Way includes six, live virtual group coaching sessions with a small group of 4-12 participants. Each monthly session will focus on a different topic vital to good people leadership. The 1-hour sessions include opening remarks from head coach Sinikka Waugh and continue with conversations around questions that have been raised by the group.

Between each session, participants have the opportunity to watch videos and complete reading and reflection tasks that align with that month’s leadership topic. About a week before each session, participants will be invited to share the questions and concerns they would like covered in the coaching session.

The live coaching sessions occur at 2:00pm, about once a month for six months.

We believe Lead The Way will give leaders the opportunity to hone and strengthen their people leadership skills, while collaborating and connecting with other people leaders. Lead The Way is not intended for any particular industry, business size, or business type.

Lead The Way focuses on growing the skills and competencies needed to effectively lead and direct the work of others. We invite participants to commit to joining all six live coaching sessions. To really maximize their growth results, we also ask that participants invest time and energy into the reflection and learning assignments between each session.
