Gain a clear foundation of what AI is, what it isn’t, and how it applies in business. This session will explore terminology, capabilities, examples across business departments, and the risks and responsibilities.

AI in Action: Hands-On with GPT
Apply the concepts from the first session as you design and build a simple “business GPT, such as a market-summary tool, HR assistant or customer FAQ bot. You will engage with OpenAI tools, learn prompt engineering basics, and walk away with a working prototype and the confidence to create more.
