Overview
So, you’ve been doing this for a while, and you’ve got habits, practices, techniques, and a reputation for being capable. Now what? How do you keep advancing? This half-day workshop explores three techniques seasoned leaders, project managers, business analysts, and others can apply to step up your game even further, to continue to increase your positive influence within your environment. Learn how leveraging the languages of appreciation can kickstart stagnant stakeholder relationships, how maximizing emotional intelligence in the moment can disarm even the most troublesome situation, and unleash the power of two little words that can change everything for the better. This half-day class includes three techniques used by seasoned professionals to get the most out of working relationships with sponsors, team members, and even those tricky stakeholders.

Objectives
By attending this series, participants will:

  • Gain proven tips for the application of personal power to elevate your relationships

  • Practice techniques to appreciate your stakeholders across the aisles

  • Encounter and apply two words as a simple and highly effective way to disarm negativity, prevent unnecessary drama, and regain focus before a conversation goes sideways
