Forest Spirit LLC and the IADNR have partnered together to bring you an afternoon of exploring nature. Creating a Nature Journal is a great way to record not only what you see in nature, but also your experiences, thoughts and feelings. These may be expressed in the form of words including descriptions, questions that come to mind, thoughts or poems as well as simple sketches or drawings. Rubbings may be made of leaves, bark, feathers or other objects that are encountered along the way. Then we will go on forest therapy walk to soak in nature’s beauty and reconnect with nature.
